Sign-in help

Google sign-in may ask you to select an account. Email sign-in sends a time-limited magic link. Check spam and promotions if it has not arrived.

Narration help

Studio narration requires an internet connection for first playback. If audio does not start, confirm the device is not muted and retry on a stable connection.

Recordings and microphone

Microphone access is requested only when a parent starts recording. Permission can be changed in device settings.

Notifications

Story-time reminders are scheduled on the device at the time selected by the parent. Device notification permission is required.
