Telliwisp is an independent project operated by Animesh Mukherjee in Victoria, Australia. Telliwisp is not currently operated by a registered company.
Agreement and eligibility
A parent or legal guardian must create and manage the family account and supervise children using Telliwisp.
Accounts
You are responsible for account activity. Use child nicknames rather than full legal names. Keep magic links, credentials, and invitation codes private.
Plans and billing
Free usage is subject to the displayed monthly allowance. When Premium becomes available, subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the applicable app store. Store billing, taxes, refund, and cancellation rules also apply.
Stories and guidance
Stories and learning prompts are for entertainment and general educational reflection, not medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. Parents decide whether content is suitable.
Recordings
Record only voices you have permission to record. Parent recordings are for private family narration. You remain responsible for recorded content.
Acceptable use
Do not access another family’s information, misuse invitations, disrupt the service, upload unlawful content, probe security without written authorisation, or infringe rights.
Intellectual property
Telliwisp stories, artwork, narration, branding, software, and site content are owned by Telliwisp or its licensors. Access is for personal, private family use.
Availability and liability
Features may change to improve or protect the service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. Nothing limits non-excludable consumer rights.
Ending use
You may stop and delete the account. We may restrict accounts that materially violate these terms or threaten another family or the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without limiting any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
